VeganMentor is your guide to achieving a healthy, vibrant, vegan lifestyle. Eating a low-fat, whole-foods vegan diet that is rich in potatoes, beans, grains, vegetables, and fruit has been scientifically proven to result in long-term weight loss and maintenance,  keep you satisfied, and improve overall health.

Other “diets” are not set up for long-term success. They often result in weight regain, require exhaustive tracking and the purchase of expensive, artificial foods, and do not benefit overall health or prevent chronic disease. Eating foods that your body is meant to eat means no counting calories or points and NO portion control. How cool is that? If you are your ideal weight, you will not fade away.

Adding exercise designed for your level of fitness will give you even quicker results and strengthen your heart and tone your muscles.

(1 hour for $75)
3. Weekly monitor by phone, email, in-person, and/or Skype and 3-day food diary
assessment
30 minutes/week for $30/week (for three months)
4. Weekly monitor by phone, email, in-person, and/or Skype and 3-day food diary
assessment
30 minutes/week for $25/week (for six months)

Vegan Group Mentoring:
(Option to participate in individual Weekly Monitor sessions and/or participate in Vegan Group Mentoring)

1. Groups of 3-10 meet weekly—ideal if you work best with a peer group. Those who join
participate in a moderated group setting once a week to discuss their experiences,
trade recipes, share their progress, and ask questions.
$15 per person/per week

 In-House VeganMentoring
1.Weekly In-house Meal Preparation for 4/6 persons: 3 dinners
Includes weekly meal planning, and instruction on grocery lists/pantry assessment.
$200/per week

Nutrition + Personal Training

2. Second Meeting

Personal Training Fitness Assessment, includes Body fat

3. Third Meeting
Weekly Monitor Food + PT Workout/3 months
30 minute monitor + 1 hour PT session per week: $150 month
4. Weekly Monitor Food + PT Workout/6 months
30 minute  monitor + 1 hour PT session per week: $140 month

 Personal Training Only

Personal Training Fitness Assessment: includes Body Fat and

3. PT Workouts/3 Months
1 hour session per week $120 per month
4. PT Workout/6 Months
